Rules for Loan Agreement
Size of Entries: Garments are size 8 unless otherwise marked.
Number of Entries: You may enter up to 27 pieces. The pieces will be selected based on the space available in the Bead-Dazzled: The Houston Junioe Forum's stunning Collection of Beaded Skirts 1945-2019 exhibit.
Length of Exhibit: Skirts will be returned by the end of January 2021.
Photo/Image Copyright Permission: Entry into the exhibition automatically grants copyright permission for the image of the garment and/or all or part of the Artist’s Statement about the garment to be used in articles, ads, promotions, catalogs, books, magazines, websites (including any webcast coverage), blogs, CDs, DVDs, current event news coverage, television productions, and/or multimedia productions for and about the International Quilt Festival, International Quilt Market; or for and about the special exhibit BEAD-DAZZLED”: The Houston Junior Forum’s Stunning Collection of Beaded Skirts 1946-2018 or for and about quilting and developing creativity. The artist retains copyright to the garment and will be credited in any usage.

Garments Arrive in Houston: To be determined
Garments Returned to Owner: End of show November 1, 2020
SENDING GARMENTS FOR EXHIBITION
The selected works wil be delivered to the offices of Quilts, Inc. at his/her own expense, to arrive at a date to be determined.
Shipping Information: Complete shipping information will be sent at a date to be determined. DO NOT SEND GARMENTS PRIOR TO NOTIFICATION.
Insurance: Each work will be insured door to door (from the time you ship it to us until it is returned to you) under the Fine Arts Policy maintained by Quilts, Inc.
